The space of the apartment includes a one double bedroom, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located in a very communicative place, there are many local shops around. It's a very close distance to the city centre on a walk. Great location for a city tour vacation. This apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay!
It’s unique location makes it the perfect escape : the beach and the sea garden are 7-8min away walking distance and close but yet far enough is the hustle of the city center - 5min. The place offers various choices to eat - from fancy restaurant to local bakery and diary shop, where you can taste some traditional cheese and milk from small local farms.
Please don’t be with shoes inside the flat, be sure the door of the elevator is closed (happy neighbours).
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 100 EUR fine.
