1 Bathroom This brand new stylishly designed apartment is located in the very heart of Sofia, steps away from the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and all historical and cultural attractions. Although it is surrounded by all public transits - the nearest metro station is just 1 minute away. It is located on the main pedestrian street Vitosha Boulevard where you will find trendy cafés and restaurants, boutiques and global brands stores, cultural venues and entertainment spots.
The place is very quiet, cozy and warm and it consists of a living room with extra comfortable sofa (bed), flat screen TV with international channels plus HBO; designated dining area; fully equipped kitchen with all needed cooking facilities – plates, cutlery, gasses, pots and pans and also amenities such as fridge, washing machine, oven/cooker, coffee machine, toaster, electricity water jug. You also have at your disposal an aroma therapy setting with etheric oils to ensure your ultimate relaxation and sense of well-being. All this leads to a balcony with two chairs and a table overviewing Vitosha Mountain and a quiet backyard. You can smoke on the balcony.
The bedroom is stylishly furnished and it features a queen bed, cupboards, large wardrobe with hangers and a sitting corner. You will also find sockets near the bed to charge your phone or laptop.
In the entryway closet you will find an iron and an ironing board, as well as a hairdryer and a first-aid kit.
The bathroom is also brand new and contemporarily designed.
Overall, the apartment has everything you might think of to offer no matter if you are travelling for pleasure or business.
The place is not suitable for parties. The place is very quiet, peaceful and suitable for relaxation.
The neighborhood is top central, yet very peaceful, and you will find everything you might need just steps away from the building – all possible public transits, including metro and tram stations, a bank for exchange of currency and a cash point, guarded parking and many more. Please note that Sofia’s central part is divided into blue and green zones and parking there is limited to 2 and 4 hours accordingly – you can buy tickets to display them on the window of your car or you can send a sms (for more information, please check the official website). All must see remarkable attractions are a walking distance – the National Palace of Culture, the Ancient Roman Ruins, many churches, synagogue, cathedral, galleries, museums, monuments, parks. On the streets around the boulevard you will encounter a variety of hand made and craft shops, bakeries, pastry shops, international and local restaurants and bars as well as beauty salons and wellness venues.
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.

5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
