Welcome to our cozy and modern one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Varna. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and small families, this brand new space is steps away from the city's best restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Enjoy an open-concept living area, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, modern bathroom, and convenient amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Dear guests, please note that we provide the foldable crib upon request only, and it remains folded to uphold hygiene standards. If you need the crib during your stay, please inform us in advance. Additionally, please specify if you would like it to be unfolded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
