Apartment Description:
This fully equipped two-bedroom apartment with amazing terrace is perfect for your holiday stay. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.The apartment has also an extra children capacity: parents traveling with small children will be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair if they wish before arrival ( additional fee) . To ensure a pleasant stay, the apartment has many amenities such as free high-speed WiFi Internet, TV with access to Netflix and Bulgarian channels, and comprehensive kitchen and bathroom equipment. A welcome pack of free toiletries, towels, and bed linen reduces the stress of packing before your vacation. Hospitable and anticipating your needs.Experience history, while sipping a drink on your balcony. Sit back and enjoy the spectacular view of the Roman Thermal baths- the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula. Take a 5 min stroll and you’ll find yourself in the vast sea- garden where you can taste seafood delicatessen in a fancy atmosphere or simply grab a cocktail barefoot on the beach. The city center is at the same distance. The area around the apartment is filled with little local shops and cafes.
Please note that this is not a party apartment. Loud music and loud conversations on the terrace after 22:00 are not allowed. There are two babies in the building.
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Dear guests, please note that we provide the foldable crib upon request only, and it remains folded to uphold hygiene standards. If you need the crib during your stay, please inform us in advance. Additionally, please specify if you would like it to be unfolded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
