1 Bathroom Comfortable apartment for up to 4 guests, located in a quiet area outside the city center. It features one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. In front of the building there is a large public parking area with free parking. A peaceful and convenient place to stay in Varna.
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Dear guests, please note that we provide the foldable crib upon request only, and it remains folded to uphold hygiene standards. If you need the crib during your stay, please inform us in advance. Additionally, please specify if you would like it to be unfolded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
