It features one separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. In front of the building there is a large public parking area with free parking. A peaceful and convenient place to stay in Varna.
Please don’t be with shoes inside the flat, be sure the door of the elevator is closed (happy neighbours).
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 100 EUR fine.
