The Sea Garden, many and great restaurants and bars, the Roman Baths, the beach, the historical sites, the local Opera and Theatre, Dolphinarium are just in a few steps away.
Our place is situated on last floor(6),
It’s very quiet with great and friendly neighbours, ideal for couples, solo and business travellers.
The guests will take advantage of a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom( free cosmetics and towels), hairdryer, iron, washing machine, Tv, AC, Wifi and all you need to feel cosy during your stay.
Please don’t be with shoes inside the flat, be sure the door of the elevator is closed (happy neighbours).
In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (ESTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document
Your personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
