In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. Country that issued the national document
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 100 EUR fine.
Parking is available on the street in a Green Zone. Payment can be made via the Mpark app. Parking reservations are not possible.
