The apartment has an open-plan living and dining space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances like a washing machine and a dishwasher, ideal for both short and long stays. The bathroom is modern and clean, with a glass-enclosed shower and a spacious vanity, ensuring a comfortable and fresh experience during your stay.

House rules

Please remove your shoes upon entering the apartment.

In accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian legislation, we are required to register our guests in the Unified Tourist Information System (USTI), therefore we kindly ask you to provide the following information for all guests BEFORE check-in.
1. Three names (according to ID card)
2. Social security number or date of birth (for foreign guests)
3. Sex
4. Citizenship
5. Identity card number/valid national identity document
6. The country that issued the national document

Please be aware that our apartment is on the 5th floor and accessible only by stairs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If the property has a balcony, smoking is only allowed there. Any violation of this rule will result in a 150 BGN fine.
